As a qualified Hypno-Psychotherapist, business coach and sports coach, I’ve blended evidence-based techniques to help you make lasting change without forcing it. I believe that therapy is a vehicle for growth and change, and enables anyone to find solutions.
Like many people, I have faced challenges throughout my career, with motivation, and with relationships. Being able to explore these challenges with no judgement is important. I have found that having a confidential, empathetic space is helpful to reframe, reset and refocus.

Our sessions create an environment that enables change to occur and ensure you feel heard and supported. Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being. I am a qualified Hypno-Psychotherapist through the NCHP, a qualified business coach through European Mentoring and Coaching Council and qualified BTF Level 1 triathlon coach. I am registered with UKCP which is the governing body and follow their ethical framework.
