After your initial enquiry, I will contact you to arrange a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your needs. It is important that we establish whether Gentle Shift is right for you, it is important that the client/therapist relationship is a good fit.
If you choose to then book a session, these last for 50 minutes and take place via video call. We will use this time to discuss and work through any material you want to explore.
